The Precise Elite Program (PEP) is the next step in player development for ages 9 to 16. It’s built around one idea: Elite is earned, not just a word we use to sound sophisticated.
That’s why the program is broken into stages rather than a single track. Each stage raises the difficulty as players grow into it:
- Precise Beginner (Ages 9 to 10)
- Intermediate (Ages 11 to 12)
- Advanced (Ages 13 to 14)
- Elite (Ages 15 to 16)
Placement isn’t based on age alone. We also weigh skill, soccer IQ, maturity, and decision making, so each player lands in the group where the competition is fair and the challenge is real.

The Precise Elite Program trains primarily indoors on futsal courts. On days when scheduling and weather allow, we move training outdoors.
